2010 Fall General Membership Meeting

The next PACTA General Membership meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until Noon at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel in the State College. Registration for the meeting will begin at 8 a.m. The PACTA Executive Committee will meet the evening before, October 19, from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. also at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel.
Meeting Pre-registration
A Meeting Pre-registration Form is attached to this memo. If you are planning to attend the meeting, please complete the pre-registration form and return it by October 8 or you may register on-line. You can also register by simply replying to this e-mail. If you do that, you do not need to complete the form. It is not necessary to pre-pay the meeting registration fee of $20. You may pay the day of the meeting.
Meeting Location and Accommodations
A block of rooms for workshop participants has been reserved at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel for the evenings of October 17, 18 and 19. (The General Membership meeting is being held in conjunction with the PSSA, SAS and OCA PILS) The rates are $105.00 single and $115.00 double occupancy. Individuals are responsible for making reservations for hotel accommodations. Identify yourself as part of the PACTA group when making reservations. The group reservation identification number is PACJ10E. Make your reservations by September 17, 2010. Reservations made after that date will be on an as available basis at regular rates.
