Pathways to Career Readiness: An Education and
Workforce Development Symposium
27th Annual Education and Workforce Development Symposium
Hershey Lodge and Convention Center
February 16-17, 2017
Students entering the workforce of tomorrow will face challenges much different than workers of the past. These challenges will impact new workers whether they enter the workforce directly from high school or after earning a two- or four-year degree. Schools and workforce agencies must work to develop new pathways to help students. Local, state and national leaders will present best practices to help students be career ready.
