The Erie County Technical School will accept applications for the following positions in anticipation of the 2022-2023 school year:

Supplemental School Nurse (Part-time)
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.

Advances the wellbeing, academic success, and life-long achievement of students by addressing acute health care and managing chronic health care needs.

Student Services Secretary (S2)
Prior work experience as a secretary and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
Associates Degree, familiarity with School Information Systems, and a general understanding of how data influences state reporting preferred.

The Student Services Secretary will courteously greet all visitors, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly. The secretary will maintain a positive and helpful environment in order to serve customers that enter the office as needed, while also performing all other office related duties.

Instructional Aide (Part-time)
Paraeducator certification within 2 years, and High School Diploma required.
Instructional Aides (IA’s) work with disadvantaged students, individually and in small groups. They will
function within the parameters established and coordinated by the Supervisor of Instructional Support
Services and the Curriculum Coordinator. IA’s will work independently to motivate and encourage students to accomplish tasks as assigned by the teacher. Aides will also need to understand the challenges faced by special needs students. IA’s will assist students in their relationships and responsibilities to the teacher, with special education staff, parents, and the principal.
Enrollment and Engagement Coordinator
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required, Guidance Certification Preferred.
The Enrollment and Community Engagement Coordinator will promote the values of Career and
Technical Education. In addition, the Coordinator will encourage student participation in Erie County
Technical School Programs and assist in the assessment and appropriate placement of prospective
students.

For all vacancies you must have or be willing to obtain Act 34, Act 114, and Act 151 Clearances.
