Facility Manager - Position

School: Middle Bucks Institute of Technology

Type: Full-time / 12 month position

Facility Manager - Position available at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, located in Jamison, PA.

Responsibilities: Supervision of the overall facility function to ensure a safe, clean, secure, functional and aesthetically pleasing work/learning environment; Enforce all federal, state and local building, fire and health codes; Perform functional hands-on tasks as needed. Assist in the administration of policies and procedures to achieve institutional goals and comply with laws of the Commonwealth and the policies established by the Executive Council.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; Possess technical knowledge and skills to manage all aspects of the building and grounds function including facility control systems, and industrial-rated mechanical equipment. Additionally, possess supervisory and leadership qualities to direct support personnel in maintaining a clean, safe and functional building. Effective oral and written communication skills and professionalism required.

Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: Full-time / 12 month position
