Perkins Coordinator/Career Counselor
Western Area CTC, Canonsburg, PA

Candidate should have experience working with students with various disabilities, must possess strong behavioral management skills. Familiarity with the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans and the ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues is essential. The position will require responsibilities to manage the Perkins grant, schedule IEP meetings with home schools as well as be responsible for occupational meetings. Candidate must have required mandated clearances and drug screening.

Job Requirements:

 Minimum 3 years’ experience in a High School Setting
 Hold a PA Special Education Certification or Guidance Certification
 Excellent communication skills and ability to compile essential student
data for IEP meetings
 Term of Employment: 220 Days per year
