Instructional Assistant – Culinary Arts

 

The Instructional Assistant supports the learning process of the students by assisting the program teacher during classroom instruction and hands-on activities.

 

Specific Requirements:

·         High School Diploma is required

·         Post-Secondary Culinary degree/diploma preferred

General Requirements:

·         F/T; 185-day working contract congruent with the school year

·         Must be energetic, patient, organized, and work well with teenagers

·         Good human relations and written/verbal communication skills

·         Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) preferred

·         Computer skills helpful

·         Must be eligible to obtain Act 34, Act 151, and FBI clearances

·         Pass a physical and drug screen test
