Technology Engineer and Data Coordinator

Central Montco Technical High School is seeking candidates for the position of Technology Engineer and Data Coordinator. This 12-month (full-time) position is charged with overseeing network and systems infrastructure in an educational setting. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating technology and ALL electronic data operations; coordinating student enrollment data with the sending schools; coordinating with the technology and data management team from the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit and other outsourcing agencies; ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems; assisting in the development and implementation of technology/data policies and procedures; aligning technology functionality with user and school needs; and training the staff on the use of technology/data management systems. Candidates should have hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, network installation, and data management systems.
