CTE Principal/Director of Instructional Programs

The Reading Muhlenberg Career & Technology Center is seeking candidates for a CTE Principal/Director of Instructional Programs. The successful candidate must assist the Administrative Director in the supervision of the day-to-day educational program of the school, it’s students, and instructional staff. The CTE Principal/Director of Instructional Programs maintains a close relationship with the Administrative Director to assure that the programs and policies of the Joint School Committee are carried out in an effective and uniform manner.
Education/Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated administrative experience and proficiency in CTE preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years teaching experience.
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal/written communication skills.
Outstanding instructional pedagogy.
Certification: Supervisor of CTE or Principal Certification required; CTE Administrative Director Certification preferred.
Salary: Negotiable and based upon experience.
