A vacancy exists for a Student Data and Systems Coordinator for the Student Service Department of the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center. The Student Data & Outcomes Coordinator will coordinate all activities related to student programmatic outcomes, develop, implement and conduct projects, surveys and studies in support of institutional assessment, accreditation and reporting. In coordination with the IT Department, maintain and support the student information system(s). This positions also provides support to the admissions and enrollment activities in Student Services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Greeting and Customer Service
• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Receive and respond to calls and e-mails from internal and external customers
• Respond to customers by handling questions or concerns and/or by directing/linking customer to appropriate resources
• Provide clear communication by either phone, in person, by letter or by e-mail to customers
• Maintain a working knowledge of all secondary programs offered in order to provide high quality customer service
2. System Outcomes
• Support the outcomes assessment efforts at the institutional, department, and program level
• Facilitate, coordinate, and analyze all student end of year surveys
• Facilitate and coordinate PDE follow up surveys
• Facilitate and coordinate COE follow up outcome surveys
• Assist with institutional/program audits and reviews as required by accrediting/approving body
• Support the Supervisor of Student Services with PIMS reporting
• In conjunction with IT, maintain knowledge of the CTC’s SIS software programs and provide support to secretaries, counselors, faculty, administrators, and district personnel in the use of the SIS software programs.
• Collaborate with Technology Department regarding Parent and Student Portal setup and support.
• Keep up to date on new practices/procedures/software upgrades ? Research and provide statistical information for administrator’s needs for completion of PDE reporting and school-wide planning
• Train support staff, professional staff, and district personnel on use of Secondary SIS related to student applications, processes, reporting, and other student record related responsibilities
• Collaborate with IT department to research technology solutions to create efficiencies
• Collaborate with respective departments to support the maintenance of accurate student records.
• Support the development of federal, state, and local reporting as needed
3. Office Support
• Assist in the development and maintenance of secondary education policies/procedures
• Perform basic office duties such as copying, faxing, filing
• Utilize Microsoft applications with emphasis on Excel, Teams, Outlook and SIS system data.

Education & Experience
• Associates degree in computer, technology or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a school and/ or office setting
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills including Excel and data report creation
• Data Systems and or IT experience
• Valid PA Driver’s License with ability to drive between campuses
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent typing and data entry skills
