Bucks County Technical High School is seeking a

Human Resources Coordinator

(available on/about late January 2022)

• Bucks County Technical High School (BCTHS), a state-of-the-art Comprehensive Technical High School, is seeking applicants for the position of Human Resources Coordinator.
• The Coordinator is responsible for the school’s human resources functions, including the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of a diverse work force, the implementation of policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and negotiation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements, and compensation plans.
• Full-time, 12-month position available starting on/about the end of January 2022.
• BCTHS serves grades 9-12 with an enrollment of approximately 1,500 students and 250 staff, with a $26 million budget.
• The successful candidate will have demonstrated problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in human resources.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent required.
• Human Resources certification (PHR or SHRM) preferred.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
