Transition Coordinator

The Dauphin County Technical School invites applications for a Transition Coordinator starting August 17, 2021. Applicants must have PA special education teaching certificate. The selected candidate will assure compliance with Indicator 13 transition requirements on special education documents, collaborate with internal staff and external agencies around student career exploration and postsecondary planning, and support transition-related school-wide events.
