Computer Technology Instructor


The Williamsport Area School District is seeking a highly skilled professional to teach within the Williamsport Area High School’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) Computer Systems Technology program. This full-time teaching position will begin in the 2021-22 school year. Earned industry credentials (Comp TIA A+, Network +), experience working with high school students, and teaching experience in a CTE environment are preferred. A minimum of four (4) years documented wage earning experience in the Computer Service/Repair and Networking field within the past 10 years is a requirement per Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) regulations for employment & certification. The successful candidate must be willing to earn a Vocational II teaching certificate and pass an Occupational Competency Assessment (OCA) as required by PDE.
