ALLIED HEALTH INSTRUCTOR – ANTICIPATED PERMANENT POSITION

Description
Eastern Center for Arts and Technology is expanding their Allied Health program and is seeking a permanent, full-time Allied Health Instructor to join our team. Responsible for teaching the competency-based curriculum as validated by the Occupational Advisory Committee. The instructor will be responsible for conducting all classroom and job shadowing activities as well as other professional duties. Must be willing to fulfill teaching certification requirements of 24 credits through Temple University over three (3) years.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in related area;
Master’s Degree preferred.

Certificates and Licenses:
Registered Nurse in PA
Possess or be eligible for the PA Certification in Allied Health Occupations - 2298

Experience:
4 years of related industry experience (4,000 hours of verifiable employment in the area in the last 10 years.)

Salary:
Based on experience and education in coordination with Professional contract.
