Start Date: July 2020

North Montco Technical Career Center is seeking an Assistant Director.

 

Job Requirements:

- Master’s Degree in job related area with evidence of increasing levels of responsibility required

- Five (5) years of Career and Technical Education experience required

- PA Vocational Administrative Director Certification

- Considerable knowledge of the Pennsylvania CTE Programs of Study (POS)

 

Essential Job Functions:

- Comprehensive knowledge of the design and evaluation of curriculum services for CTE

- Ability to apply Data Driven Decision Making and data analysis of evaluation techniques

- Ability to analyze CTE performance data and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement program improvement strategies

- Strong understanding of Perkins V and implications on CTE delivery

 

Pre-employment Paperwork Requirements:

- PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)

- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)

- FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)

- School Employee Health Form (Physical and TB test)

- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
