CTE Director

The State College Area School District is currently accepting applications for a Career and Technical Center Director with a start dependent on the availability of the successful candidate.  This is a full-time, twelve-month administrative position.  Responsibilities include both instructional and operational leadership.

 

The District seeks a dynamic, energetic instructional leader who is mission driven and has the knowledge of theory and practice in the education of grade 9-12 learners.  Organizational, collaborative, and coaching skills are critical to success in this position. The District is searching for a candidate who demonstrates a commitment to leading professional growth and development, and also possesses a variety of professional experiences.  Successful administrative experience and a background with culturally diverse students and families will strengthen candidacy. A Master’s degree in educational administration, educational leadership, curriculum development or related field is strongly preferred.
