Instructor of Electrical and Power Transmission Installer Occupations

School: Delaware Valley High School

Type: full-time

Seeking dedicated individual with a strong desire to teach high school aged students in the electrical and power transmission installer trades. The preferred candidate should be experienced in a combination of residential and commercial electrical trades. Knowledge of building and electrical codes is also required.

Consideration will be given to candidates who have at least a minimum of 2 years wage-earning experience in the Electrical and Power Transmission Installer Occupations, have a proven tenure in the field to establish competency in Electrical and Power Transmission trades and who possess an Occupational Competency Assessment Certificate. Candidates who do not possess the POS 46.0399 CTE Electrical and Power Transmission Installer Certificate may still be considered if he/she is prepared to pass the assessment administered by an approved university.

An Act 34 Criminal History Clearance Report, an Act 151 Child Abuse History Clearance Report and a FBI Fingerprint Clearance Report are required, along with all other new employee paperwork.
