ENGINEERING AND ROBOTICS INSTRUCTOR

DELAWARE COUNTY TECHNICAL SCHOOLS HAS AN OPENING AVAILABLE FOR AN ENGINEERING AND ROBOTICS INSTRUCTOR. WE SEEK A HIGHLY ORGANIZED, SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL WITH EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS WHO HAS EXPERIENCE AND THE DESIRE TO WORK WITH TEENAGERS.


• Successful candidate will provide rigorous curriculum that aligns with Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Program Task List – Engineering Technologies/Technicians CIP 15. 9999.

• Creates lesson plans, aligned with current state and district standards, which drives instruction through formative assessment and differentiation.

• Maintains a safe, organized classroom, which supports students’ independent learning, collaboration and choice.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the school administrator.

• Successful candidate must be willing to earn a Vocational II teaching certificate as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, if candidate is not currently PDE certified.

NOTE: a minimum of four (4) years of proven/documented Engineering/Robotics experience is a
mandatory requirement per PDE regulations for employment and certification.
