CTE Building Construction Trades Instructor

Anticipated CTE Building/ Construction Trades Instructor – 2019 – 2020 School Year

The preferred candidate should be currently certified as a CTE Building/Construction Trades Instructor.

Seeking dedicated individual with a strong desire to teach high school aged students in the Building/Construction Trades. Experience in all or combination of residential construction including but not limited to carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, and knowledge of building codes required.   Consideration will be given to all candidates who have at least a minimum of 2 years wage-earning experience in addition to the learning period required to establish competency in CTE Building/Construction Trades and who possess an Occupational Competency Assessment Certificate in CTE Building/Construction Trades, or, are prepared to pass the assessment administered by an approved university.


An Act 34 Criminal History Clearance Report, an Act 151 Child Abuse History Clearance Report and a FBI Fingerprint Clearance Report are required, along with all other new employee paperwork.
