Welding Instructor

The Dauphin County Technical School invites applications for a Welding Instructor (CIP Code 48.0508) starting March 1, 2019. Applicant must be willing to obtain a PA Vocational Instructional teaching certificate. Successful candidate must have a minimum of four years’ experience beyond journeyman. Required skills include, but are not limited to the following: MIG, TIG, and Arc welding. Requirements also include the ability to plan, assess and supervise students in a classroom and laboratory setting. Experience working with secondary students a plus. Individuals without appropriate teaching certification through the PDE must be willing to enroll in coursework requirements to obtain vocational teacher certification.

Salary dependent upon experience. Full benefit package.
