Culinary Arts Instructor

Type: full-time

Anticipated 1.0 FTE Culinary Arts Instructor.  Culinary Arts is a program that prepares students for employment related to institutional, commercial or self-owned food establishments or other food industry occupations. Instruction and specialized learning experiences include theory, laboratory and
work experience related to planning, selecting, preparing and serving of quantity food and food products; nutritive values; use and care of commercial equipment; safety; and sanitation precautions. The instructor of this program must have two years of industry experience, a current Pennsylvania Vocational Intern or Instructional Quantity Foods 7-12 certification, or a current Pennsylvania Family and Consumer Science K-12 certification.
