 MAC/PC Software & Hardware Technician Instructor

The job of the MAC/PC Software & Hardware Technician Instructor is to provide support to the instructional process by serving as a teacher with specific responsibility for supervising students within the classroom and other assigned areas; developing lesson plans and delivering group and individual student instruction within established curriculum guidelines; collaborating with other teachers, other professional staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues; and responding to a wide range of inquiries from students’ parents or guardians regarding instructional program and student progress.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience installing, maintaining, customizing and operating MAC and Personal Computers is required. This program is designed to prepare students for careers building, maintaining and repairing MAC and Personal Computers. Students will learn the fundamentals of how MAC and Personal Computers are designed to operate, how they are repaired and the applications available.

Candidates must hold a Vocational I certification or have a minimum of 4 years of work experience and be willing to earn a Vocational Teaching Certificate.

Minimum Salary: $49,485
