COMPUTER NETWORK ENGINEER INSTRUCTOR

An opening is available for a Computer Network Engineer instructor at the Eastern Center for Arts and Technology. We seek a highly organized, self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills who has experience and the desire to work with teenagers. The instructional program will prepare individuals to work in the information technology fields. The program includes instruction in network technologies, network media and topologies, devices and troubleshooting; and security fundamentals. This position requires 4,000 hours of verifiable employment in the area during the last 10 years. The position does not initially require a teaching certificate. The chosen candidate will enroll in a teacher certification program. Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or teaching education degree in any area content is highly desired. CCENT, LINUX+ Microsoft Network +, Server + are Certificates highly desired. EOE
