Vocational Administrative Director

Greene County Career and Technology Center is seeking candidates for Vocational Administrative Director. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, planning and collaboration skills are required. Applicants must possess a PA Vocational Administrative Director certification or a PA Principal Certification with the willingness to obtain the Vocational/Career and Technical Education Administrative Director Certification during the first year of employment. Candidates must have strong knowledge of career and technical education trends and a minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in a career and technical education program. Applicants should have background knowledge in curriculum, instruction, and assessment and should be able to demonstrate leadership skills, effective student and parent communication, grant writing and proficient use of technology. The Director must be able to effectively manage all aspects of the school organization to include preparation of  the budget, state and federal reports, oversight of all CTE grants, instructor evaluations and observations, program marketing, and adept in working with business and industry partners, and other community based organizations.
