PACTA General Membership Meeting 2008
The next PACTA General Membership meeting is scheduled for February 5, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center in the Nigerian Room. Download the tentative agenda. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. to General Membership Meeting participants. The PACTA Symposium will begin at 12:30 p.m. The PACTA Executive Committee will meet the evening before, February 4, from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. also at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center.
Registration for the General Membership Meeting will be from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. with the meeting starting promptly at 9:00 a.m. Participation in the General Membership meeting will be limited to PACTA members and their guests. There will be a commercial exhibit area at the Symposium. The exhibits will open at 8:00 a.m. to allow PACTA General Membership meeting participants to visit the exhibits prior to the meeting. Morning refreshments will be served in the exhibit area. Registration for the meeting will be outside of the Nigerian Room and the exhibit area will be in the White Room, both of which are on the main level of the Convention Center.
Meeting Pre-registration
If you are planning to attend the meeting, please complete the pre-registration form and return it by January 25. It is not necessary to pre-pay the meeting registration fee of $20. You may pay the day of the meeting. It is important, however, that you pre-register for the meeting so that we have an accurate count for lunch. Please keep in mind that you must register separately for the General Membership Meeting and the Symposium.
Meeting Location and Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved for Symposium and PACTA General Membership meeting participants at a special rate of $130 single or double occupancy. Individuals are responsible for making reservations for hotel accommodations. Reservations may be made by calling (717) 533-3311. Identify yourself as part of the PACTA Symposium and refer to group number PAV0204 when making your reservation in order to receive the special rate.
Note: I would encourage you to make your reservations asap as our block at the Hershey Lodge is filling up.
