- Promote quality practices in career and technical education.
- Provide assistance to increase the number of Career and Technical Education schools receiving accreditation, registration of recognition through outside agencies.
- Assist agencies to publicize and improve their services.

- Encourage PACTA members to serve on accreditation teams.
- Provide assistance to increase the number of Career and Technical Education programs meeting the requirements of State Board of Education Chapter 4 Regulations and Chapter 339 Standards.
